What a difference some light makes
Scouting a location for a portrait today. Shot these two frames a couple of minutes apart.
gentle pursuits
Have to say, I’m glad I pursue slightly more relaxing pastimes.. Having my face planted in the muck, just wouldn’t be cool.
light pollution
This isn’t the sunset, its the lights of Coleraine, viewed from out in Aghadowey. Really feels like the town is getting too close…
Not impressed..
I don’t think this guy was too impressed with the judges decision. I find boxing really tricky to shoot, but really enjoy looking for these human, and emotional moments.

Road less travelled
Went for a bit of a drive between jobs today, had an hour to wait. Ended up at the end of the road, and followed this track for a couple of miles. Peace and quiet was great.

why?
Sent to photograph this poor creature, handed into a vets by a member of the public. Apparently found wandering near town. Surely if someone doesn’t want to look after their dog, they could just hand it into the shelter?
