A shopkeeper pauses for a smoke amidst rubble, after a roof in New Row, Coleraine, blew off and crashed into a shop on the opposite side of the street. The area was cordoned off until engineers had a chance to assess the damage. Sever gales battered the area through the night, causing widespread disruption.
